How to get out of comfort zone?

Comfort zone is just a circumstance or environment that makes feel comfortable with your present condition, rather than taking action of advanced forward.
Why many people failed to leave their comfort zones is fear of unknown. They don't know what nature has for them in their next expedition. They would rather stay back than advance and meet crisis.
Comfort zone is perceived as setback in human's progress. A person could only succeeded to overcome comfort zone when he takes bold steps without minding what happens to him thereafter.

Getting out of comfort zone some times needs courage. Then it depends on what you are doing and what you are aiming at. Most good things do not come easily, you have to sacrifice some things which may include your comfort zone

I personally think that people need to be out of their comfort zone. Their lives will not improve for not embracing changes in this world. For introvert people, they can be ambivert to survive here on Earth.
