How to get payment from Social seos without the admin fee?

Those who are part of social seos would be aware that the website deducts $0.25 or so in the name of admin fee and when I got paid twice I did paid that fee but before third payment I managed to have more than 20 referrals so that helped me and now I only need to pay paypal fee and no other fee.
