How to get workers to resume early to work

What are the practical ways that can be adopted to get workers to resume daily as early as possible.

Truth be told they won't resume early if they dont want to. Where i currently work, i have made so many complains about the time most of them resumes, they still come late. Even to the point of telling them their salary would be reduced, they still decide to come late. i feel most of them come late due to the fact that they no longer have any passion for their jobs or they are simply just too lazy to get things done on time.

These days all offices have the system where we need to punch when we enter work place so if we are late then they automatically deduct our salary or they issue a warning and after more than one warning they'll deduct

Daily counselling with them is the solution and for the person who comes late for three days in a month, their salary should be deducted by a small amount of money. We face such problem at work place and it's not easy to deal with this situation.

i think this is one problem that managers must to deal with that's why people don't want far distance workers they resume late for work

We have workers having home situated far away from the factory but that's fine because our company arrange buses to pick from home and drop them at home so they reach on the time. I stay away approximately 25 km but always reach on the time.

Company bus picking up the staff have always been the right thing to do and help if any company wants staff turning up early for work

That's the whole essence of the Company bus, you would be able to get to the workplace even at a very early hour.

Yes, that's the reason why they have kept the facility of the bus. Even the staff in managerial positions are given car on instalments and after 4 years of instalments the car is booked on your name.

We have CCTV but still, the workers don't reach on line on time. It all depends on the discipline for which they require counselling and we do it with them. Many times the supervisor brings workers who don't obey them and we have to make them aware of where they are wrong and seriously it's very tough to do that.

That's true and that is the reason that we never have a shortage of manpower here. People like to have conveyance facilities. Also, the company does lots of welfare for the workers. We have a canteen also in the company so people need not to worry to prepare food when they reach home in odd hours

These things do happen but CCTV cannot lie and if there is a strict boss then he or she will check everything with the help of CCTV and take action
