Job satisfaction is one of the most important requirement of a job. Whenever I was engaged in a job a was seeking it and only in few companies I get it. It is like your manager appreciate your work. You get pick and drop service. Receive regular bonuses and increments.i can provide all this to my worker if I reach UpTo that level.

People leave the workplace not because of the job. In the first place, they applied for the job because they need it. They leave because of the boss. Let's accept the fact that not all bosses are kind. Some are toxic. And that is not a good way to keep them motivated to go to work.

We can give them job satisfaction by being kind to the rank and file. By giving them importance/respect and of course the pay - never ever pay them late.
