If your business is large enough to operate a shift, you employ more workers and let them run shift. It would even increase the efficiency of the workers.

Continuously giving them a healthy and good working environment. Also, don't overburden them by giving them too much workload as this is the major reason why people leave jobs.

I think one can lessen the work pressure by simply delegate works accordingly to the right person who can perform it well, in that way, one will know what to focus on their job as part of the job description. I think if workers know the scope of their work, they should be aware the amount of pressure that is requires to that certain position and in that way one will always up for the challenge and wont start to complain about pressure.

Also, you have to allow your workers stick to their job roles only. Don't make them become domestic staff cooking and cleaning for you.

In our office, our boss installed a big TV, so once we are stressed, our boss plays a funny video then we will all laugh and stresses out. And then to follow, gallons of ice ream to cheer us all hehehe.

Yes, our boss is very diplomatic and friendly, not bossy or nosy to subordinates. We keep on eating whatever and whoever brings food. There is always excitement working in a harmonious work place.

Yes, very much, it is not good to abuse the kindness of our program head. She is also smart and wise. We always finished the tasks assigned to us on time to avoid shame.

Offer a nice working environment. Do not request overtime work too often. Ensure your staff have a reasonable workload. Encourage them to take a short break when feeling burnt out. Organize recreational activities such as daily outings from time to time.

Let me start by asking you which country you are in. That's because I am considering relocating to that country. In my country, if your boss finds you taking naps in the office, he would frown at it very bitterly.
