It is not always easy to love work even the best of workers sometimes don't feel like working but what keeps them going is the passion they have for the job

So it is always good as a business owner to help increase passion for your job. you can give leave of work, allow them take breaks, pay salary on time etc.

I totally agree with you, apart from that giving praise and appreciation to employees who excel is also good enough to increase the morale of workers. Rewards do not have to be in the form of money or material, verbal and written praise and promotions can also give them motivation.

Personally I hate it whenever my paycheck is delayed after working for any reason whatsoever which is why I don't fancy it at all.

Any business owner who want his staffs to always be happy with the management should always pay their salaries when they are supposed to be paid.

I personally think that we need to give the proper compensations to the workers. In this way, the passion of working with the company will make the employees motivated to work harder.

You can increase your workers passion for work by simply compensating them with something nice. Most workers want added bonuses to their salary, this will increase their passion and make them work more efficiently

I hate it with passion. Why would a boss know when his staff are due payment and would not make preparations early so he can pay as at when due. This alone cam kill morale.

Workers would definitely have high passion to work when they are working with the best working tools out their. Its very discouraging when workers have to deal with outdated tools.

The moment my payment is delayed after working for a whole month, it pisses me off and makes me very unhappy and I will lose my interest in working immediately.

In some organizations, workers are being owed for months and they are expected to keep on working passionately. Gogg and timely pay would push the passion of a worker.

Exact, I don't know how they workers that are being owed for months to keep on working passionately. they are humans and drive goes down when there's no pay when due
