Like i always say, the best way to keep a customer is to satisfy them. A satisfied customer would definitely want to return again. And in most cases refer others to try out your products or services.

Quality products
Price
Good communication skills.
If the quality of the product is excellent, they will keep repeating. Secondly, is the price is a bit low from what they get from elsewhere, they will keep coming. A seller must have good communication skills that is persuasive and effective.

I do agree that we need to listen to the needs of our clients. A good service can never be wrong when it comes to retaining loyal clients.
Yes that's right, the key is to listen, listen to them and give them what they want when they want it. This would would go a long way in creating customer loyalty and also make them remain.

Simple things like treating your customers well, giving small discounts and giving feedback promptly can work the magic.
