Yeah, knowing what your competitors are doing will make you improve more on what you do , if they are producing a product , buy it and compare it to yours then you know where to start working from

Well I know how to maintain and sustain your business you have to constantly improve on your in your service delivery and always listen to your customers so as to help you focus your energy more at the right direction.

providing good service will help a business go a long long way. Many can manage the business well, but can they manage their people well? A business needs a people to run it. A customer is dependent on the workers' service, if the service fails, it is difficult to maintain success.

If the service is bad, many people will know about it - the power of social media, the word of mouth.

If the service is good, often times, there will be less people knowing about it. Because not many people will post about it on social media.
