I have been pondering on the ways at which I can make about 10 to $15 online from home. I know it's not going to be easy but it is possible provided that you gain necessary access to some platforms and have the required skills. In light of this, there are many survey sites that pay users for sharing the opinion's on various topics and on products. Combining many of them could give you substantial amount on a daily basis.

I do not think that completing surveys will enable you to make that amount of money. You need special skills such as translation, designing and work for freelancing sites to make $10-15 daily.
There are many survey panels that have the same surveys as their competitors, so sometimes, even using different panels it is difficult to reach that amount, it is better to distribute your earnings with different methods to get to earn that amount, or learn very well a skill to earn that money by selling your skills.
I used to hit $10 or more with the site called Course Hero. Due to time constraints, I cannot work on this site. It is a legit one. The platform is similar to Chegg, wherein you can help people with their thesis, research, homework, etc.
It is possible to make $10 to $15 per day if you have the necessary skills. Unfortunately, living in a tier-3 country, I am unable to achieve this through online survey websites alone.
