How to prevent browser hacking?

All the browsers on my computers like Google chrome, firefox are hacked, due to which I cannot register on a large number of websites and also cannot install addons. How to prevent browser hacking

I am using four different browsers, yet I am not able to access some websites or register, there may be a problem with the internet connection
