Installmental payments while the goods remain in the custody of the seller is a good strategy. You don't release goods into the hands of people in the name of installment payments. I have seen people bail after paying one just installment for a product.

People taking goods after just one installmentak payment is tantamount to buying on credit , but then valued customers that have been patronizing for long should at least be given certain privileges .

The simple method is just having the badge on for your business that you don't sell on credit and that's it. You are just maintain your policy and customers know this

This will actually work , but I hope they won't see it as a hard policy on them and try locating other places they sell on credit so as to suit themselves as that's what they are used to doing.

The best ways to prevent customers from buying on credit is to simply not sell on credit. One thing about me i do not start what i am not able to complete. Its better not to start with credit.

This is actually very hard because there are some customers or potential customers who are surely going to buy on credit and it is very sure that they will pay your money. I don't think there is a way you will run a business and you will not sell on credit

The simple truth is that some customers will still ask for credit even after seeing the notice that you posted on your door, it's just for you to decline it whenever they ask.

I think on the business, the customers will behave according to how you lead the business. When you decide to sell on cash they would automatically follow the suit.
