Being in the public sector, one cannot be promoted without passing the examination, so I urge my staff to take and pass the exam, and even offering them review materials.

This is also a good idea. There are times that we can host a series of training to let them learn more and do some pen-and-paper examinations or practical applications of what they had learned. This is can be done for both providing services and producting products.
