I do agree that we need to know the customers' feedback and deal with these things. In doing this, the complaints will be lessened and the customers will feel like queens and kings. That is what makes them weak and be loyal to the company for addressing their wants.

Yes, that's very true. I totally agree with you, first we have to find the root cause of the complaint, then decide what action to take to resolve the existing complaint.

Some complaint by customers are justifiablle where they make bogus promises to their customers that they can't redeem they just set up their selves to be bug by complaints by customers

If you leave your customers in the dark about your product and services, there is a high chance that they are going to revert to buying from your competitors which is why being in contact with them all the time is very necessary.
