The workplace needs to kept devoid of waste or littered dirts. It is an easy thing to do if you can do the following;

Bring and take lunches in reusable containers to avoid littering the place with disposable plates

You should take paperless notes.

Try using both sides of the paper especially when it comes to both printing and writing.

Personally speaking, the company should reduce the usage of papers. They can recycle them by using the back in printing something. Some companies are doing this these days. At some point, they can also use solar devices.
