Listen carefully to what s(he) tells you and ask follow up questions to ensure that you understand the problem. After talking to the employee, investigate the issue and come up with a resolution promptly.

The best way to deal with the complains of workers is to demonstrate that you truly care about their complains first of all. The second thing is to be truthful and transparent with them on the things you can do and cannot do.

The challenge with customers complains is that you would solve them bit by bit. Ultimately, be responsive and show sensitivity to the concerns and pacify them of finding solutions for those issues.

Employers don't need to undermine the complaints of its workers. They are the ones working or doi g the tasks thru need to be satisfied to be able to do the job efficiently

All complaints are relevant. The perspective angle you look at it would determine its relevancy. Weigh every complaint, even if it were something that could not be presently addressed, let it be perceived as something important.

Let me say this, it will depend on the type of the complaint.Each complaint is handled on its own way depending on the nature for the case. Some cases would be solved by making replacements while others await for the relevant suppliers to respond.

This is actually the essence of having a reliable customer service system because it is the only way you will be able to hear out the complaints of your customers and try as much as you can to tackle them.

I think this the most neglected matter by most management in organisations and business companies. They tend not to attend to the complaints of the workers over laziness and incompetence for them which is something that is very bad.

It is very true that humans are insatiable, but for someone to be always laying complains, it means there's obviously something wrong, so the issue should be looked at, analysed without being bias or favouritism,in order to keep the business or organisation growing.

The Human Resource Department can do their jobs with this concern. As much as possible, we need to address their complaints as early as possible. We need to prevent it into a full-blown concern.

Check all stuff he/ she complain, talk with others. If there is really problem try solve it and if there is not just talk with worker and explain situation. Sometimes complaints don't have reasons.

The way to deal with worker complaints is to find the root of the problem, what makes them complain. Then fix the existing problem. Usually it's not uncommon to complain about a salary that doesn't go up, so the solution is to set a specific target and whoever reaches the target is given a bonus. Then it will motivate workers to work better.
