The person should just stay calm when it feels like there is nobody he or she can report his boss toIf the situation is looking more like you are being bullied, then it would be best to report the issue a superior or your manager. If this is simply the person's character, then it would be to try and study this person to know how to work with them.
I believe that the best way to work with this kind of person is to make sure that you will do everything that I've been assigned to you and you will not have any problem with them.I have seen a situation where a mere coworker want to continuously boss others. They just dish out orders and expect them to be carried out. How can this be handled?
I also do the same thing. I am quite vocal when seeing someone acting liking it. It is unacceptable and he or she needs a big lesson for doing so. I had so many colleagues like this before and handled so well at that time.I act bossy too to them, so I could get even with the one who acts bossy.
Thats a tough situation I wonder why this coworker feels the need to boss others around. Maybe they have some insecurity or lack of confidence.I have seen a situation where a mere coworker want to continuously boss others. They just dish out orders and expect them to be carried out.
