Honestly, it is such a basic question, that generally gets overlooked. Some people provide generic answers to it, because they really don't know why. Others will assume that they want to work someplace, because of something specific, like past experience at a job you hated and that you wanted a better job.

So, what would be your answer to the question, if your future employer wanted to know why you want to work with them?

The reason is simply to make money though I will not tell my employer that is the reason for seeking to work with them. If am asked such question, my answer should to help the company to reach their target through dedication and commitment to my work.

Yeah you just have to keep emphasizing more on what you can do for the company because trust me that's what they want to hear don't the other way round. So tell them what they want t hear.
