How would you feel with a delay in your order?

I waited for 8 weeks for my order to arrive, especially when I had ordered from foreign countries. However, when I buy from local sellers, I can get my item the next day

I would get agitated and irritated. I'll most likely file a grievance or post some criticism on their website.

This is why it is very important for feedback to be giving all the time whenever a you are working on a client order. This is so that there will not be any misunderstanding that will resort to filing for grievances and refund.

As long as the duration of waiting for your product to arrive is between 60 to 90 days, then it is something that you are already familiar with and it's not about your product being delayed.

I would definitely be worried, especially if it is the first time i am placing an order with them. Then if its a situation where i urgently need the order for an event or something, it would be so bad. I might not even order form them again.

I've never really ordered anything from that shopping platform but I've heard some people say that their services is very good but personally I prefer making use of Amazon.
