You have a very valid point here. I know someone who has a vlog on TikTok everyday and she always make sure that she capture anything she does so that she's going to post it online and it is not very easy

It is advisable to move out of your comfort zone for sure. One of those comfort zones I want to move out of personally is doing important things for an extra amount of time. I watch movies a lot and sleep many hours when I could use that time working online or learning new skills.

Being in your comfort zone attimes do not accelerate learning because you will always feel the urge to relax and in most cases do nothing .sometimes, you just need to stay away from your comfort zone so you can learn well.
