How does something or a certain action help us in business? Each party in a dispute has a reason for holding the position they do. By comprehending the goals and interests of the opposing side, you can get closer to a reasonable solution. Ignoring the real situation in bsuiness is not a good thing for us to carry on and it is a big NO to practice.

It is not every time ignoring rs not a a workable resolution. There are lots of actions, behaviors and practices you would come across in your work premises. If you want peace to reign, you must ignore some of those actions and concentrate on your official duties. This is the only way you could avoid crisis and dispute to occur.
Sometimes when you ignore, there will be solution but it doesn't happen in all cases.
When you ignore an issue or disagreement, you are just postponing the evil day. It would still come and you would be the one at loss because it would be explosive.
