Ignoring is Not a Workable Resolution

Sometimes ignoring is necessary, to prevent new problem that are more severe. For example : Sometimes there are people who annoy us, make us feel uncomfortable at work. Usually I ignore them, while I can work professionally, I don't really care what they do.
