This is normal. Hardly would you see any worker who will be pleases with the presence of his boss. Worker tend to be comfortable when his boss is not around than when he's around. His morale used to be disturbed with this.

That was a crucial situation feeling awkward when the boss is around and having high face My boss is strict sometimes. One time I greeted her 'good morning' gosh there was no reply. What an ignoramus boss no sense of commitment.

I swear they can be pretty scary most times, especially based on the fact that he was the type who always found fault in anything we do. He might be out of the office for days or even weeks, while i would be the one managing things, only for him to show up one day and start complaining.

What a disgusting boss. It's good if you will replace him . I agree they're scary and we are forced to embrace that worse situation because of financial need.Hoping your boss was replaced. lol

Haha, i stopped working there at the end of last year though, but till date we still talk once in a while and he says i should come and lend a helping hand to them whenever i have the extra time or am in town. I am yet to do that though, but one of these days i would definitely do that.

I think you can apply on that office as part time employee, at least there's extra earnings offline. If it's possible then why don't you reapply. You can adjust your time with that business or office.
