While running a business, it is impossible to be able to please every single person out there. And along the line, complains might come up. How you handle these companies determine how people sees your business. In other words how you handle complains coming from your customers would also affect the image of your business. Most business owners tend to always ignore complaints, I believe this is a wrong way to handle it most times.
