From my understanding I think we need to communicate as the situation demands. This is to bring effective communication to the parties involved which was the whole essence of the act.

It is important for a company to have a coordinated communication system which would lead to effective crisis management. Lack of communication can complicate a crisis situation.

Yes there's always a break down in transmission where communication wasn't effective. you should be sure that the channel to reach the other person was quite clear and everyone is on the same page

The first thing to do is to initiate an emergency communication route apart from the normal communication route. This route has to be fail proof to enable easy communication during emergency situations.

For me I think what should be done is ensuring to use the relevant form of communication that is ideally to the immediate context. With that being said the proper conveying and the transmission of the message would be enhanced.

Although I am not one to shut my employee from forming relationship with each other I believe that there should be moderation in what ever we do, and therefore they will be time limits to regulate this

You have to display a high level of emotional intelligence when you are communicating from one customer to another. You should be able to decode the emotional disposition of a customer and know the approach to use to communicate with that customer per time.
