Intermittent Fasting Journey

It seems like my journey to lose weight is going well. As of today, I lost 2 kilograms. It was not one week when I started to do intermittent fasting. I still need to lose 8 kilograms to reach normal for my ideal body mass index.

I am only fasting during the holy week. I am also not fat. I maintain my weight , 55 kilos.

I have come to realize that fasting is the fastest way to loose weight for that matter.

I have tried intermittent fasting before, and it really helped me lose some weight. I do not do it much these days. I just watch my calorie intake.

I am also doing intermittent fasting, I have been doing it for some weeks now. I started at 87kg and I am currently at 82/3kg
