I don't think that investing in such a business would create passive income if you do not have the prerequisite experience.
There are a variety of annuity schemes offered by banks in my location. I've also invested in one scheme. I need a lifelong, stable and guaranteed monthly income stream to sustain a rewarding retirement life.

The annuity scheme I subscribed to is offered by Hong Kong Monetary Authority to HK citizens. It is designed to provide the annuitant, with a steady stream of GUARANTEED monthly annuity payments after paying a single premium.
Such kind of investment is truly a passive way to earn but the profit is quite low.
You can only make reasonable amount of money on this venture if you invest humongous money.
Annuity plan is for senior citizens who have retired from civil service or military. It is not investment option like fixed deposits. Annuity have to do with insurance company not bank.

It is true that it's a very wonderful avenue to make money.
Sincerely speaking I have never heard about this in my country. I think this is a great way of earning passive income through the bank annuity. I however sure that you have to be having a very huge money in your account to access that.
