I asked about the estimated price per tree and I was told that the price varies according to height and width but the minimum pricing is P 21,000 ( $ 415 more or less) pesos per tree as of this year. I am advised to go to the Department of Forestry to ask permission to buy and plant Bagras. I do not have the estimated price of the saplings.

12 years from now is too short to wait to mean from this investment. I plan to buy 1,000 saplings of Bagras or Eucalyptus tree. Will it be a good or bad business? What can you say?

Yes, it is indeed a very good investment because after the specified year, it can be sold to businesses that process medicinal eucalyptus and this tree has many benefits. They will be bought per tree, not per lumber.

It seems to be a good business but you know that technology is fast displacing a lot things. How are you so sure that by 12 years, that eucalyptus trees will still remain relevant?

I am going to ask the Bureau of Forestry about the accuracy of this tree. My decisions are not yet final. I have to make sure that I will not regret it. I will also check the neighborhood in te province if they are not subject to stealing the saplings despite having a caretaker.

These are depending from your geographic location means if leaving in some regions it remains impossible to plan bagras while it works for some regions then people generally goes to the exportation of them.

Our family owns 10 hectares land and I inherited 1 hectare and is now rented annually by a big time coco planter. The agreement stated that the renter must shared me at least 15 percent of his cocos because it's my parents who planted them.

I understand, in fact by making the conversion, 10 hectares correspond to 100,000 square meters. However from what I have read, these trees have a large trunk and grow a lot. Am I right?
