Some 2 years ago offers to invest in hospital operations were laid down to the public, that time the hospital was still under construction progress. Targeted investors were medical practitioners and medical students who have influenced their parents to invest. I have no update how the hospital is doing now or whether they are already admitting patients. Our local government is operating a community hospital and it's hard to sustain the maintenance alone. The salaries of our medical workers are subsidized by us. What I am driving at is the income of the hospital is not enough to sustain its operation.

I don't think is right to invest without proper research. This is the reason why we should consult experts to guide us before taking the risk. I always advice investors to invest in company or organization that have good track record .

It is very good investment because you are doing something to support other people but if you want to become rich through this way of investment then you need to have much more knowledge about the people those who are involve in it.

In order for the hospital to make plenty of money it must have intensive care facilities, modern surgical units, competent specialist doctors because if it will only operate simply it's just like a clinic.

The hospital structure is almost finished. When I asked for updates last week they said it has no admittance yet and only operating like a clinic.

Private hospitals here are making huge profit because there are not enough hospitals in my location. You have to wait for many hours to get emergency treatment in public hospital. Many people here take out health insurance policies so that they can afford to get treatment at a private hospital which charges very high fee.

There is a private hospital in my town and there is also a government operated hospital. Both hospitals are not making enough to money to sustain its operations. The public hospital is being subsidized by our local government while the private hospital is struggling to pay off debts. According to the bank they cannot foreclose it because of the nature of its business.
The income of most hospitals are not enough to sustain their operation, that is why most hospitals are always looking for people or bodies to invest in them. What i really do not know is if it is profitable to invest in hospitals.
