We are still suffering inflation rate, so people are trying their very best to do something to survive. By all means, they find ways to earn and then something shifted to their minds which is to invest something to evade the hardest lives of nothing to spend for the family, for emergency needs, and for old age. An investment that made a family secured. One is to invest in lots of property only. And why lots only? It is simply because big lands this time cost millions.

Investing in lots only could be made possible only if you have enough money to start, but you can incorporate your family’s assets. Lots in remote locations are cheaper than those near beaches and cities. It is good to start this way and the lots will appreciate as years go by that would be the right time for you to sell back. This investment is great because it is a low=risk high nature kind of investment. Even if our country is down, it is not an excuse to look for opportunities to start investing.

On the other side there are old people who are noe selling their property because they are already old and they want to enjoy the money. There is a big property in a nearby town Which lay idle and the owner wants it sold for cash. Nowadays it's hard to find cash buyers for a.big property.

And what you will do with a lot of land? Even if you sell it later for the same money, you still didn't generate income, just kept value. In those years while you are land owner, you must do something with it. You can rent everything, like agriculture land to some fruits or vegetable manufacturer. If you have land where is possible build apartments, sell it to construction company and make some deal where you will share profit from sold apartments.

I read that in Italy they are selling lots with homes on them for one Euro each to get someone who will restore them.

it is always good as land owner to make a thing off it. You will do a lot with it maybe start with renting is out. Do agriculture land with it by planting fruits or vegetable

I read that in Italy they are selling lots with homes on them for one Euro each to get someone who will restore them.
That lot might be too expensive to buy especially in Euro. Here in my place, the price is by square meter lot. The price also varies from the location of the lot urban or sub. Many prefer a remote province, especially retirees.

Investing in lots is definitely a smart move especially in this time of inflation and uncertainty. But I wonder how you choose which lots to buy and where to buy them? Do you have a criteria or a strategy for selecting the best locations and prices? Do you consult with experts or do your own research? How do you know when to sell or hold your property? Im curious because Im also planning to invest in lots but I dont have much experience or knowledge about it.

We bought one lot at 250 square meters. We bought it for P280, 000 pesos. It was located near the airport. It was my niece who paid for it. She wanted to construct a mini hotel for the plane passengers who might not be able to proceed to their destinations due to cancellations of flights. We learned the lot for sale thru Facebook.

For me this is the only type of investment whereby I am comfortable with. With this type of investments whereby the involved properties can be rented out for money is literally a guaranteed means of income.

The lots that we will invest will not rot, it appreciates and that is one characteristic of this kind of investment. Your money will not disappear as long as the lot you bought is tired and transferred under your name, the buyer.

It takes a reasonable amount of money to be able to invest in a lot of properties but it is a good business

I bought one lot 200 square meters in a suburban and luckily, a retired employee bought it for their housing construction. I gained almost triple from my capital. Feeling lucky that day.

Landed property, especially in commercial areas or urban areas can be very profitable but you need a lot of money. You can even profit by investing in farmland. Bill gates has done it.

I was able to invest 200 square meters lot outside the city at 280, 000 pesos more or less $ 5000. I sold it to a retired military official at $ 6,000. I gained $ 1000 after 1 year and 2 months. I can't afford to buy lots in the city proper. It costs million.

We had a very clear instruction from our parents as don't put all the money in one pocket, similar in my view don't you need to spend all the money in only property because whenever it will move towards loss you may lose all your money.

That's true. You can buy property in rural areas for a comparatively cheaper price but the profit is less, you need a lot of money to buy property in urban areas and profits might also be very high.
That's true and that's my target because the lots are cheaper. I have to save my profit so I can invest on lots on beaches. Each small lot near a beach is costly.

wow, that is a great deal, my friend. I have land in this city I do not want to sell it for now even if they want to give me more money for it, some developers contacted me too and still I do not want to sell it for now

yes, they always know how to make a huge profit, they buy the land at a lower price and sell it and get a huge profit or make a real estate and buy it with the expensive prices
