There are something that only have sentimental value, they do not have any kind of tangible value. These products are valued to be what people consider to be valued. Art and a lot of other collectibles have sentimental value. I do not like investing in in something that only have sentimental value, I invest in something that only have tangible value. Do you invest in items that have sentimental value?

True. If you are too emotional, you will lose money form your investment. You need to think form your mind to make decision for your investment and not form your heart. You shouldn't be too attached

Restoring cars or other objects is a good idea, I think you can make a lot of money reselling those items if you have good restoration skills.
