Yeah starting out might need about $2500 and it may even be more than depending on how you want to run it but know that profit or revenue takes time.

You would need money as you would to pay posters, buy domsin hosting and name

Everything still tells on money. Anyone who does not have a substantial amount of money cannot own a forum
