I do agree that some religions encourage the young ones do this. It could be successful if they are really religious souls.

Now tell us, how do you manage to abstain. I know the physiological makeup of a human and that system makes it hard for someone to abstain.

I think that is possible if the person is a very devoted religious person and has self-discipline. There are so many other activities s(he) can engage in.

Why not? It is even very important for someone within that age range to practice abstinence in case they get married and their spouse isn’t around for a while

Anyone that has popped the cherry always faces a tough battle trying to abstain. I have tried to fight that battle and I lost promptly in the 6th month.

I understand how you feel but this is still about self control. I’ve done this for a year before until I felt like I wanted to do it again

The user you quoted didn't say he was married. He only said he is supposed to marry at his age but he isn't.

For abstinence, all the posters on this thread are being hypocritical when they know it is not really easy to abstain.

I think if you have a very clean mind, it is quite easy for you to abstain. It is difficult for people that have their minds fixated on sex.
