I don't know people personally but I think when a place becomes known by the public, they will start to go and visit it. Like in Maniwaya in Marinduque, I believe that people bought a piece of land in the island to put up houses to house visitors.

Actually, I was able to dispose of the lot of my cousin beside the beach. The buyer was an American, Mr. Fitzgerald. The lot has 3, 890 square meters in lot area and it was sold at 3.8 million. There were 3 of us brokers. We received a commission of 90,000 each hehe. That was 6 years ago. How I like no more virus so I can go back to my usual sidelines.

I saved the money but my sister wanted to replace our floor tiles all shiny white, so I gave her 80,000 for 350 pieces of tiles for our flooring. I only have 10,000 left and I bought 4 pieces of Levis's Pants. I also need to pay myself, so money no more.
That was expensive for 350 pieces or just quite reasonable? We are building our house and it is almost done with the finishing touches on walls and floors, doors and windows. This time per piece of floor tile is almost 100 pesos. The time I bought, per piece, was 68 pesos plus a discount for the manager is my friend, Architect Godinez. There was no free delivery so my brother-in-law picked all of them thru his pick-up. The amount I gave was not enough. We hired a mason and for the 3 of them, I paid, 18,000 pesos for 5 days of work, no free lunch only free snacks.

Now, we need more to have a nice finish but the most important thing for now are the windows and doors so that my father can sleep comfortably with the doors and windows shut down. So the supplier can definitely earn from this business.

There are ready-made doors, tell them to scout for the price, if expensive, tell them to hire a carpenter and do an estimation about the size and the quality of the wood. For the windows, there are French windows and they are just affordable. They won't anymore need grills.

I saw the door they selected when they visited one shop. I did not agree with the design because it is an old-fashioned design. I told them to check a modern looking style. For windows, we need a huge window panes front and side and back. So the store will really profit from their items since there are more people renovating and building houses.

I think you are going to open a store, but it is not necessary to have wide windows considering our situation.We are not yet virus-free ,and we have to get rid off bad elements. We do not who our buyers would be. Better be safe than sorry.
