in my country, most buyers are foreigners those married with a Filipina, but for housing employees are the prospects for they can buy a unit thru installment.

You can try as an agent, think if you have a connection on a realty office and ask about buyers wanting to buy beaches with white sand. I saw the door they selected when they visited one shop. I did not agree with the design because it is an old-fashioned design. I told them to check a modern looking style. For windows, we need a huge window panes front and side and back. So the store will really profit from their items since there are more people renovating and building houses.
