Although it is not very common but if somebody is doing this and getting good money from it then he is doing well. It's also better to spend time to make own website so the skill will also improve and earning will be more.
One must conduct thorough research, identify websites with potential for growth, and understand market trends to make informed purchasing and selling decisions. Additionally, improving a website's revenue and traffic can increase its value before selling.
