I got your point. Money is the essential element to startup a business, either small or big.

I would do this only in bigger towns for business clients which don't have enough time. In smaller places everyone have home and time for drycleaning. In city's people travel much longer, don't have enough space in apartment so my primary goal would be bigger city.
