In our country, gambling is illegal for local resident, however, foreigners can gamble. In fact there are are a lot of casinos in the country. These casinos are for foreigners and it the locals are found to be playing in the casino, they will be penalized.

In my country, they are legalized despite some locals wanted to shut them down. They are not successful with this course of action.

Over taxed? What percentage? IN our country, gambling is illegal for common people but there are casinos for foreigners and these casinos pay a lot of taxes.
