Is hiring new employees fair in your location?

In my city and my country at large, he process of recruiting new employees is never fair. For example, in the disciplined forces such as the police service and the military forces, certain candidates are spared the hassle of competing in races, simply because they have been endorsed by powerful figures in government.

This is actually in most places and it is actually not supposed to be , everyone are supposed to be treated equally irrespective of whether they are related to powerful figures or not

The employment ethics is the same all over the world I believe. one thing that will helps geta job faster is to equip yourself with more skills than the job requires

I think new employees should be given chances. There are many companies that offer jobs to new and fresher. This, however, depends a lot in personal skill level, if you do not have enough experience.

In my city, it is not worth to work in companies. The salary is not that high enough. That is why I chose to work online.

It is only in small organizations with low pay that recruitment is fair. And even in those small organizations, nepotism sometimes happens.
