Is it a bad sign that a company keeps on changing its policy?

I used to work in a company that their policies changed at random. In my view, this is not a good sign for a company to do. After a few years, they bad impact started to pull them down. I am grateful that I stop working with them now. At least, I was able to find two new companies to replace it. I wish them all the luck for the coming years.

It's normal to change a policy if lacks effectivity despite ruled out. There are companies doing this for a change in case the working populace do not anymore follow the policies. They will be changed as a mandate.

It is not a bad sign when company strive to change its policy. Policy should not be made to be static or permanent. The life we are in changes at interval so policy must equally be changing. There were policies which had become outdated and are no longer effective this day. If such policies are implemented, they would cause havoc to the businesses.

It's very impossible to have a lifetime non changing policies. Policies are changed depending on the assessments results and evaluation results from the head office. To change policies means improvement. It's not a bad sign if policies are updated or changed.

That depends on how frequent the company changes its policies. Policies needs to be updated to cope with the current situation. However, if the policies are changed very often, staff may get confused.

Frequently changing company policies is always going to affect the general work structure of the company which I believe is not something good for the long run business operation of the company.

One thinf that defines a good organization is consistency and when an organization is not consistent, it would not be able to grow and offer employees the opportunity to grow.

It is not wrong to change a business policy but be that as it may, you need to strike a balance and be sure you don't do this quite often, it would definitely rub off on your workers as they might not be able to cope with work and the new policy

It becomes inconsistency when an organization changes policy incessantly. While flexibility is required concerning company policies, a company that changes policy anyhow would not be stable and grow.

If an organization regularly adopts contrasting policies, it is a sure bad sign. I can't work in such an organization as it it would affect the Profesional growth of staff.

Business rules are dynamic so nothing wrong to change a business policy when necessary The only thing needed is that og striking a balance and don't do it very often

It means the company doesn't have a direction of where it wants to go. Any company that has a direction would always have a well thought out policy that would be run for some period.

Company needs to work on this to avoid it from getting or sending bad signal to the peoples because it might show that the company isn't seriis with their policies changed at random.

Too much of everything is bad, there is notting wrong with the company changing it's policy from time to time, but the major issue here is that when it becomes too much, it would make the customers feel like they are not serious or they do not know what they are doing.

I would not say that it's a bad thing. Business policies need to change from time to time seeing the dynamics of the market and these changes might be needed for the betterment of the business. A new business might do it more often as you reach to the effective one only through trial and error in the beginning. But yes, the changing policies might be a bit tough for employees to get adapted to tgem so frequently.

It is acceptable to alter a policy if it is ineffective despite being excluded. Businesses are using this action as a last resort in the event that employees no longer adhere to the regulations. It is necessary to change policies to address the current circumstances.

It is not good to change your policy frequently, you will lose trust from your customers and associates. You will have to make a policy that will work for many years
