A lot of technology is designed to make operations faster and more efficient than they were in the past. Therefore, while using a new format like email, most users perform the same fundamental task not only with a new technology but also in a new manner. People may use abbreviations to write in a different way when conversing in writing. Although effective, this method could also come out as being overly casual in some circumstances and confusing in terms of meaning.

Well we are in the technological stage if using the internet words will help a business to grow then no issues with that provided the other person understands.

I think one should adapt what's the latest in business terms. Being abreast with commonly use terms nowadays will still somehow help a business in this modern times.

I don't think so it is not all people especially offline that understands this so it is better to use the terms that everyone will understand when doing your business

For formal communication in business, I think it's better not to use internet terms to avoid misunderstandings and confusion. Internet terms can be used for casual communication and instant messaging.

It depends on who you are dealing with though. If you are sending a proposal to a potential client or investor, it would be wise you be formal to them.

It's very appropriately to introduce the technology on the business. This is because it can enhance the book keeping process and the storage of business records in a proper and more organized manner.

Using slang or not this depends on who one will be dealing with though. If you are sending a serious message to a potential client then you don't need to use slangs

Communication is simply a waste of effort of the people you are communicating with cannot understand you. Be that as it may, it is not appropriate to use all those shorthand in formal communication.

If you work in IT sector definitely it is and it is normal. If you work in some language institute, than better not since those don't like internet terms. Also don't use anywhere internet terms for sexual jokes. In anyway those have same meaning, fully written or short internet version.

There is not wrong with using technology and internet terminology in business relationship. We need to be evolving and updating ourselves with new technological innovations or else we will lose relevance. A lot of business have crumpled because of inability to adapt to modern way of doing things.
