Is it necessary for the salaries to match with the level of proficiency on the workplace?

For me l can say no to that. That's because l oftenly see so many people being employed outside of the career path on most workplaces in my country.

It is necessary as that would ensure that people are adequately rewarded and money is not unduly given to unproductive people.

Yes that's one major issue. They are always looking for people they can use or exploit which is very bad.

That's why I know my level. And I am only employing a staff that can just put in a shift. I can afford to pay her.

Had it been that way, many working people in my country would be very rich. Unfortunately that cannot be implemented even by the rulling government.
