In my view, it is fine to argue with our bosses as long as it was done professionally. It is also like accepting constructive criticisms. But then, some bosses would not admit that they are at fault sometimes. The course of action is to explain your side and stop arguing. Why? There is nothing going to happen if we continue defending your point to him or her.

Arguing with your boss is bad, but I feel that are some better ways you should be able to express your ideas or feels to your boss. You can going about explaining things in a polite manner that will be acceptable
If I disagree with my boss, I would not argue with him/her. Instead, I would express my opinion in a polite manner. A good boss should be wiling to listen to different opinions.
Yup if the boss is good he would agree or disagree with your ideas I mean that's how it should work if the boss is that rude than it's very bad
There are some times you need to correct your boss if you know things are going in the wrong direction and you have the perfect solution or a suggestion that can make things better. You just have to do it politely
Omo!. This question is funny. What, argue with your boss?!. How dare you. A boss is incorrigible that must never been seen as faulty. Even where they are faulty, you must be ready to accept the fault and apologize to him even when your conscience is judging you faultless.
After accepting the fault, the God fearing among them may later reflected and apologize to you back. But where you argue with him, you might be sanctioned.

Arguing with your boss is something I would definitely not recommend as it will more than likely lead to you losing your job and also getting a bad reference from your previous employer which could result in you losing work in the future.
Things such as constructive criticism and also healthy debates and sharing your opinion would be fine but an argument that could turn nasty is never something that should happen.

It is something most people don't understand because it is not your place to argue with your boss but you can actually just make a suggestion and leave it like that.
Exactly, those who argue with their boss have strong intestines, good if the boss is open minded for he or she could understand but if not the arguer will be put under boiling water.

We cannit beat our bosses, they are put up there because of their qualifications, and those who argue will never feel at ease. He or she might be ridiculed or bullied. Sooner or later that arguer may resign, so better keep the mouth shut.
