Many efforts are made by business people to get maximum profit, one of which is by reducing the cost of wages or employee salaries, they generally only provide a minimum wage in accordance with regional regulations, this will make workers lazy to do their jobs, and results in lower productivity, what do you think.

In my opinion, low wages mean low productivity because employees work for money. Money is their motivation.

I believe that whenever a worker is underpaid, there is always a possibility that the worker will not be interested in giving his best for the job which is why it is always good to pay workers something that is realistic with their work.

It is very important for you to pay your work is something that is good and not a very low-wage and be expecting them to be very productive with the kind of work they are doing for you.
