Is it truly difficult to manage a small business?

Managing a small business involves a lot of things because you must be able to carry out multiple task because there is no delegation or coordination among multiple department and teams in the small scale business.

The decision making in small scale businesses is typically faster because you do not have to go through processes or input from multiple stakeholders.

I do not know about others but as far as I am concerned, it is not difficult to manage a small business as long as you have skills and knowledge required for your business

Though this is true, but the fact that a small business owner does not have the needed resources to run or manage the business makes it a lot harder for the smaller business owner.

My milk tea business is a small business I acquired through franchising and I didn't find difficulty handling it. I only have two workers. They're trained and trustworthy. Those businesses with lots of workers can be managed.

In my view it is something like to becoming rich from poor is much more difficult as compare to becoming more rich from just a rich.
In small shops usually we do have limited items with limited sale and thus the limited income.

There is indeed a limited income if your business is small and far from the madding people needing discounts despite the high cost of commodities. There is no problem for a small business if the location is popolous.

For me l can say that according to me it's very simple to run a small business than a the big one.
This is because there is less effort, energy and funds required to operate that kind of business compared to the bigger businesses.
