Yes, it is a big problem in business if business owners do not provide their customers with the same, or a higher, value as their competitors. If the competitor's profits are plummeting that is simply because of the service they offer to the customers. Owners need to be service oriented for it plays a significant value to the customers as well as their business. What can you add to this possible problem?

It is definitely a big problem if a company continues to produce low quality products. The outcome is that clients would not avail their products for the second time around.

Yes, you are right, the customers may go to another company or store. There would be o repeat buyers because of poor service.

It is a big problem. If the products are not valuable, a lot of people will not patronize the business

There would be no repeat customers. They will feel disgusted to a poor service. Business owners must be customer centered to boom his business or people run away from his establishment and find a better one who value customers.

It depends on the kind of value you are talking about though, but lack of value in general is a major problem in every business. When a business lacks value the customer suffers. They might get inferior services or they might even be cheated.

No one will ever want to go back to buy from where they bought a bad product. No one will ever try such
Customers will find a better store for example that understands the needs of the buyers. There are stores who don't value first come first serve basis. It's so disgusting and annoying service.

They can observe how they will be treated. They can sense if their servers are sincere and friendly. Those workers must also be trained .

Yes, it affects the sale of a product if a business owner doesn't give good services. I don't buy products if they don't offer good after-sale services. It's of no use buying the things if they delay in delivering the share parts or don't have the option to provide spare parts

And it is hard to convince them to get back on their store to transact again unless the business owner will personally explains the misunderstanding in the past and promise not to the same mistakes again. They are the life blood of their business.

That's so true. It's hard to bring them back to the stores even if you try hard to do that.

Yes, that is true. No repeat customer if the treatment they got does not even reached there satisfaction level. I don't even go back if the service does not satisfy me. We an honest store out there.

Customers also observe the services rendered by the store staff or owner. If they are not interdating them, customers feel discouraged and leave the store right away. I also experienced it, it seems the store people did not see me and my companions though there were no other customers, we transferred to the opposite store.
