I have left the store on some of my visits when the tables and chairs are not tidied up. And whenever there is a long queue. I don't like waiting very long. I don't like the idea of them only opening one cashier/register.Customers also observe the services rendered by the store staff or owner. If they are not interdating them, customers feel discouraged and leave the store right away. I also experienced it, it seems the store people did not see me and my companions though there were no other customers, we transferred to the opposite store.
