Is operating a chicken a la carte a good business?

Chicken a la carte is famous in my country but when I toured in Auckland there's none there doing business like this. Their government is strict and conservative. This business is very lucrative in my place. The operators are young guys expert on roasting.

It is good to see a business like that in school vicinity so that whenever we are hungry we'll just buy right away and eat. But most of them are situated near where people are found.

In the university environment a lot of people are there, so such businesses can easily thrive. Some students do not even have time to cook.

That is so true ,and they are eating by group of friends and they can split the amount of the whole roasted chicken. It could be good for 6 eaters but if so hungry, I doubt if one roasted chicken is enough.

A lot of stores sell fried or roasted chicken, which is quite popular in the province where I live. I have tried some of them, and they were pretty good.

There are many here in my place operating a chicken a la carte. But during the pandemic there was none.
