I think it depends. One of my friend's business in Isabela City, they cannot transport wood tiles now. It means they are greatly affected because illegal cutting of trees there.

They should ask permit from DENR. It's illegal to cut trees. There are specifications to follow by tree buyers. It's against the law.

Insurance companies introduced many decades ago and it's automatic once buy a car accident insurance is required or else a permit to buy and ride will not be granted permitted.

That is so true, the owner can slowly see the profit of his hard work. It is also not easy to maintain a lumber yard, plus the source isn't easy to get permits.

There is flooding in my country but it is not like other countries. Ours is still controllable

There are only a few people who operate a business like this for it requires a million capital. Once you sell lumber, it is expected that you also sell different shapes and sizes of your lumber. It would be a waste of energy to those who would come to buy if only found out there is none they're looking for.
