Yeah, but locations should be considered. My favorite bakery where I used to by delicious pandesal just closed several months ago.

I think it has to do more with the rate of inflation. Flour is very expensive. As far as location is concerned, they can always find a way to distribute the bread. People even distribute bread on bikes in my country. Location is not a problem with this business.
