This business also requires huge capital. You have to buy caliber pistols for the security guards, plus permits to operate and licenses. It is also assured that the owner is knowledgeable on how to manage security guards and their salaries, placements, and transactions office to office or companies to companies.

That is true, only a few passed a screening to be hired as a security guard. There are also many requirements to be submitted to the security office. This time, they require college level applicants not anynoore high school graduates.

Exactly, it's not easy. Training alone tiresome and a little bit difficult for a non college level applicants. The training is rigid.

That is correct and many back out before they finished the training. It is not easy especially if there is no background of ROTC. Others who are over weight cannot handle the rigid training.
My friend and his dad have small company which install security camera. They are responsible for alarms and cameras. They must respond whenever is problem and send tapes to police. If they don't send it, they pay all the damage and not insurance.
Most bouncers are always outsourced but the challenge is always that you as the entrepreneur takes responsibility for any security breach that happens as a result of the doings and negligence of your staff.
